How the process works

Requirement agreed with your team, candidates identified and assessed against it, interviews scheduled with your managers, selected candidates taken through documentation, medical and emigration steps, and mobilisation planned against your joining date.

What to include in a Saudi requirement

Share the profession titles you intend to use on the work visas where you know them, so candidates are screened against the profession they will hold. Tell us whether any skill or trade verification applies to the categories you need, and state contract duration, salary, accommodation, food and transport so offers can be explained clearly to candidates.

Documentation & mobilisation

On the Indian side, emigration clearance for applicable categories is completed through the Government of India eMigrate system. On the Saudi side, the employer's visa and work authorisation process applies. We coordinate documents between the selected candidates, your team and the relevant authorities through the official process.
