How we collect, use, store and protect personal data on this website.
Who we are
Al Yousuf Enterprises LLP ("Al Yousuf", "we") is an international recruitment consultancy registered in Mumbai, India, and a Recruiting Agent registered with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. This policy covers personal data collected through www.alyousufent.com. We are the data fiduciary for this data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Employer enquiry form: organisation, contact person, email, phone, industry, requirement, number of people, location, experience, timeline, additional information, and any job description you upload.
- Candidate profile form: full name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, current location, current or last job title, total experience, industry, preferred countries, your message, and your CV.
- With each submission: the date and time, your IP address and browser type. We use these only to prevent spam and abuse.
- Website analytics: anonymous daily counts of page views and button clicks. We do not use cookies for analytics and we do not record IP addresses, device identifiers or anything you type. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, you are not counted.
- Cookies: the public website sets no cookies. The staff admin area uses one essential sign-in cookie.
Why we use it
- To respond to employer requirements and manage recruitment assignments.
- To assess candidate profiles against current and future requirements, and to contact candidates about relevant roles.
- To meet legal obligations, including those under the Emigration Act, 1983 and its rules.
- To keep this website secure.
Consent
Candidates submit their profile with explicit consent, recorded with the date and time. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing jobs@alyousufent.com. When consent is withdrawn we permanently delete your profile and CV, except where the law requires us to keep specific records.
Sharing
We share a candidate's profile with a prospective employer only in connection with a specific requirement. These employers are usually located outside India, mainly in the Gulf region, so your profile may be transferred to the country where the role is based. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Where your data is stored
Submissions and documents are stored on our website server and in encrypted backups. Uploaded CVs and job descriptions are never published on the website; only authorised staff can open them after signing in, and every access is logged.
How long we keep it
- Candidate profiles and CVs: deleted automatically 24 months after the last update, or sooner on request.
- Employer enquiries and job descriptions: deleted automatically 36 months after the last update.
- Encrypted backups are kept for up to 30 days and then overwritten.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Write to jobs@alyousufent.com (candidates) or marketing@alyousufent.com (employers). We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), private storage for documents, access controls with two-step sign-in for staff, audit logs, and encrypted off-site backups.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version and its date are always published on this page.
